Medal Of Honor (MoH) Addendums, Caveats, Quid Pro Quos…

You need to download 4 ISO’s. There are also 2 other files you will need. One is a list of the cd keys for each game which you will need to install the game. The other is a self-extracting zip file of the cracks. You can get this stuff from Russ via HTTP at http://68.192.102.196:42419/ or from Glenn’s FTP server. The current IP address for the FTP server is 67.83.11.64, username=ghostrecon password=monkeyboy. I have been having trouble with the box locking up on occasion, so if you can’t get to it shoot me off an email and I’ll try and kick start it. Also, it would be a good idea to split your downloads between each server (assuming both are up) so as to not totally kill either servers’ bandwidths (these are not dedicated servers with big pipes to the internet you know). Downloading during off hours would be most appreciated too.

NOTE: Anyone who whines (which is different than bringing to someone’s attention) about a server being down is the next person to serve up the files.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The install order seems to make the difference between a playable game and a bunch of bits taking up hard drive space. It is recommended that you install in the following order for greatest chance of success. . .

1) MoH Allied Assault Disk 1 and MoH Allied Assault Disk 2 when so prompted

2) MoH Spearhead (this install will ask you if you want to patch AA up to 1.11 – you must say yes)

3) MoH Breakthrough

4) The cracks – simply extract the cracks into a temporary directory, rename the corresponding files in your MoH install directory to something else (I usually add a secondary extension of .orig), then copy the 3 files from the temp directory to the MoH install directory.

The Communication software we use is called TeamSpeak. It's free. Get it at http://www.teamspeak.org A headset is most advisable. At the very least, you need headphones if using a desktop microphone since the combination of speakers and a mic will cause major echo and/or feedback problems.
